Special

Track bolt are made from low-carbon martensite steel for added toughness. Cold forging achieves fatigue resistance of the head. Large under head radius reduces the likelihood of head failure. Roll formed fine pitched threads with blended radiused root thread run-out increases resistance to fatigue.

Precision trimmed washer faced heads provide:

• Excellent wrench engagement.
• Accurate seating
• Consistent torquing.

Heat Treatment provides :

• A minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI(120kgf/mm2)
  (14% Higher than SAE Grade 8)
• Core hardness of Rockwell HRC 38-42
